It seems to make sense

If I can join, I think this refers to a rare and yet highly needed skill: the ability to have a vision and actively and consistently work towards it. Recently I undertook the Strength Deployment Inventory by Elias Porter, who identified those who he called: "judicious / competing" - those who could see a vision and know the how to proceed with it. The sceptiscm orginated from the reference to data and facts, whilst the vision came from a determination to make a difference. Interestingly, he also found that this was the profile with the fewest population, just 2%.
